1. Retail Return Policy
New, unopened books and pocket-size guides are returnable within six weeks of the order delivery date. If fulfillment of your order was incorrect, full credit will be given including the return shipping cost equal to the original shipping amount, provided that your shipment is returned within the designated time frame. However, if any book or guide has obvious signs of use, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
The returned item, original packing slip and a brief explanation of the reason for the return must be included in the return package. Once received, please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process refunds. All refunds will be issued in the same manner as the order payment.
Defects from publishing and shipping will be replaced at no additional charge. However, your original order must be returned prior to replacement.

2. Customs & International Shipment Policy
International shipments of books and guides may be subject to special handling, taxes, import duties and tariffs which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. R & R Publishing has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, contact your local customs office.
When ordering from R & R Publishing, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the books and guides. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If required, we will provide order, shipment and product information to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
3. Conditions of Use
The following rules govern your use of this website (the Site) operated by R & R Publishing. These rules apply to all materials, online communications and other information that becomes available on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to abide by these rules and any modifications that may be made in the future.
A. Personal Uses Permitted

C. Rogue Programming and Viruses
R & R Publishing is not responsible for any computer virus, Trojan horse, time-bomb, worm or any other rogue programming that may be contained in any of the information or software contained on the Site. R & R Publishing has no obligation to detect the presence of any rogue programming. Any downloading of software or other materials or any other use of information on the Site is at the user’s own risk.
Users are advised to use anti-virus programs and a proper back-up system to minimize any loss caused by rogue programming. Users of the site agree not to knowingly post, transmit or make available in any way any software or other materials that may contain rogue programming.
D. Disclaimer of Warranties
